Shipping Delays

We would like to ask your generous understanding that due to unexpected high order volumes and other disruptions may affect the delivery status.

Weather Delays: Our carriers are currently experiencing substantial delivery disruptions due to unprecedented weather conditions across the United States. Potential delays are possible for delivery across the United Sates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Dear Dahlia is committed to providing our customers the highest level of service to our customers. 

COVID-19 Delays:
We are currently experiencing extensive shipping delays due to increase in shipments by our carriers in addition to the impact of COVID-19. 

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your delivery status can be tracked using the tracking number that has been provided via email or under My Account > Order History.

Shipping and Delivery

Dear Dahlia accepts orders that are shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories). We offer free standard shipping with any pre-tax $50 purchase within the United States. For any orders below $50 before tax or non-standard shipping methods, shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will be presented to you during the checkout process. The shipping date is based on the stock status of the product ordered and your choice of shipping. Product title passes to you when the product is shipped. You have thirty (30) days to notify Dear Dahlia using the contact information below of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section or Dear Dahlia cannot be held responsible for these issues.

We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your basket during checkout. Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders.

Order Tracking

You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under My Accounts. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges
  1. Unopened and unused Dear Dahlia products can easily be exchanged within 30 days for free by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label.
  2. If the product you received is not what you had in mind, you may exchange your item once. A refund for the item will be issued to the original form of payment. Then you will be charged for the item you are exchanging for. Original shipping cost is unfortunately non-refundable and you will be charged applicable shipping costs as determined by our shipping policy for your new order.
  3. When the wrong items are shipped or Dear Dahlia products are damaged when received, you can contact Dear Dahlia’s Customer Service at inquiry@deardahlia.com, and we will reship the correct products for free.
  4. If you would like to return or exchange opened or used Dear Dahlia products, please contact Dear Dahlia’s Customer Service at inquiry@deardahlia.com with your Order number and Product that you are returning or exchanging in the subject line.
  5.  All items purchased in our Sale category are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
  6.  Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds.
  7. Only item(s) purchased on Deardahlia.com will be accepted for a return. If your item(s) were purchased at an authorized retailer, please get in touch with the retailer to arrange a return or exchange.
  8. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Gift bags and Free Gifts are non-refundable.
